The Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division in partnership with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Archery Trade Association and local communities have developed 10 community archery parks. The parks are located throughout the state and feature a variety of shooting distances and targets.

For Alabama residents, a valid hunting, heritage, fishing, or WMA license is required for all range users between the ages of 16-64. For nonresidents, a valid WMA license is required for all range users age 16 or older.  Licenses are easily obtained by visiting the licensing page of this website.

Purchasing a license can be done in one of three ways:

  • Online by clicking here
  • By calling 1-888-848-6887
  • Or through an outdoors supply retailer in your area
