SCIENTIFIC NAME: Hirundo rustica

STATUS: Breeder. Common in spring, summer, and fall in inland regions. In Gulf Coast region, common in spring, summer, and fall, and occasional in winter. Low Conservation Concern. 

HABITAT: Found in open habitats, under bridges and culverts, and in barns.
