Coastweeks

What is COASTWEEKS?

Coastweeks is celebrated across the country each fall beginning on the third Saturday of September with the kick off of Coastal Cleanup.  Created as an educational tool, Coastweeks helps focus attention on the value of coastal natural resources through fostering awareness, understanding, and improved management of the coast.  Once again, in support of National Coastweeks, agencies, non-profit organizations and volunteers are teaming up to host fun and educational activities that encourage marine and water conservation.
