2008 Alabama Archery in the Schools State Championship

When: Thursday May 1st, 2008

Where: Birmingham Jefferson Convention Center

Flight Times: 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME OF THE RULES HAVE CHANGED SINCE LAST YEAR - SEE BELOW:

Registration window: March 1 - April 28th, 2008.
Early registration before April 1st will include a free T-shirt.
T-shirts will be available on site for purchase. 
After April 28th you will not be permitted to add additional students for competition, however, substitutions will be allowed the day of the event.
There will be no refunds after April 1st, 2008.
Lane changes will not be permitted after the April 28th cutoff date.

The registration fee is $15/student payable by check to the Alabama Conservation Natural Resources Foundation.  Please mail to:  ADCNR, Attn: Marisa Lee-Sasser, 64 North Union Street, Montgomery, AL  36130.
We would appreciate payment by April 15th, but not later than April 25th in order to pay the bills.  Schools must send payment for every student that is regististered regardless of wether or not the student actually attends the day of the event.

Concessions will be available at the tournament by the BJCC vendor on a cash basis

Lunch Information: 

Lunches will not be offered ahead of time this year.  There will be several lunch options available including subway, and several lunch vendors set up inside the Sheraton Hotel at the Atrium.  They have assured me that there will be lunch items available for less than $5.00.  Food will not be permitted instide the Convention Center.
