$500 Classroom Grant – Educator Survey 

DJ Case & Associates is surveying teachers and other educators on behalf of a nationwide not-for-profit education organization.

They are seeking input from practicing educators throughout the nation. Qualified teachers and other educators who take the survey will earn a chance to win a $500 grant that can be used for any classroom materials or education programs.

Every time you refer a qualified peer, you earn another chance to win the $500 grant.

There is no advertising involved with this survey, and no personal contact information will be shared. Following selection of the grant winner, all contact information will be discarded.

The deadline for completing the survey is December 31, 2006.
