Certified Master Angler Catches

Alabama Certified Master  Anglers for Smallmouth Bass

Certified Master Anglers have had their catch of a smallmouth bass five pounds or larger or 20 inches or longer certified by the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division.  (Photographs required of the fish next to a ruler and with the angler, see rules.) Certified Trophy Anglers have had their catch of a smallmouth bass seven pounds or larger or 22 inches or longer certified by the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division. 

 
James Rhodes caught this 5-pound and 12-ounce smallmouth bass at Wilson Lake on October 8, 2011. This catch earned him the Master Angler Certificate.

Cliff Hemstock caught this 5-pound, 2-ounce smallmouth bass from Pickwick Lake on February 3, 2012.

Regina Rhodes caught this 5-pound and 2-ounce smallmouth bass at Wilson Lake on October 5, 2010. This catch earned her the Master Angler Certificate.

Regina Rhodes caught this 4-pound and 13-ounce smallmouth bass at Wilson Lake on September 29, 2010. This catch earned her the Master Angler Certificate due to its length.

Jo Ann Pickle caught this 5-pound and 13-ounce smallmouth bass at the Wilson Dam in Pickwick Lake on February 7, 2009.
