Certified Trophy Angler Catches

Alabama Certified Trophy Anglers for Smallmouth Bass

Certified Trophy Anglers have had their catch of a smallmouth bass seven pounds or larger or 22 inches or longer certified by the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division. (Photographs required of the fish next to a ruler and with the angler, see rules.)   Certified Master Anglers have had their catch of a smallmouth bass five pounds or larger or 20 inches or longer certified by the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division.

Regina Rhodes caught this 22-inch smallmouth bass at Wilson Lake on September 22, 2010. This catch earned her the Trophy Angler Certificate.
Mrs. Jeanette McKelvey of Moulton caught this 7-pound, 14-ounce smallmouth bass using a fly rod.
