Certified Master and Trophy Blue Catfish

Alabama Certified Master and Trophy Anglers for Blue Catfish

Certified Trophy Anglers have had their caught of a blue catfish seventy pounds or larger certified by the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division.  A Certified Master Angler program will document blue catfish fifty pounds or larger.

On October 23, 2009, Kevin Lade caught this 65-pound blue catfish bank fishing on Redstone Arsenal on Wheeler Lake.This catch earned him a Trophy Angler Certificate.	Regina Rhodes caught this 62-pound blue catfish from Lake Wilson on July 14, 2009, and she received a Trophy Angler Certificate.
	On October 19, 2009, Brent Miller caught this 64.9-pound blue catfish from Lake Wheeler, and this earned him the Master Angler Certificate.
