We are still looking to certify lake record largemouth bass (10-pound minimum). We also have an angler recognition program for large channel catfish and bluegill.

Sammy Newton of Valley caught this 8-pound largemouth bass on Monday, September 12, 2011.	The district biologist found a whopper bullhead catfish in Chambers County Lake, April 2011.
Two monster bullhead catfish were found in Chambers County Lake during April of 2011.	Thomas Floyd of Phenix City is very happy to weigh in his catch of 2 largemouth bass at 3 lbs. 6 ozs. caught Saturday, September 25, 2010.
On April 2, 2010, Walter Blackmon of Lafayette, AL caught two bass weighing in at 9 lbs. 7 ozs. and 5 lbs.	Jamie Walker and Jason Waldrep of Valley caught this 6.1 lb Bass to win "big Fish" and 1st place in the weekly Saturday Bass Tournament at Chambers County Lake. Joshua Dawson of Smith's Station hung this 5 lb and 2 oz bass while fishing off the bank Saturday, August 14, 2010 with his family.
Tommy Gun and Charles Waldrop of Valley were the big Bass Tournament winners. They took 1st place with an overall weight of 5 bass weighing in at 15 lbs and 3 oz and Big Fish weighing in at 4 lbs and 9 oz. Bass Tournaments are held every Saturday. For further information, please call the lake at 334-864-8145.	This 20 lb and 14 oz Carp, caught Saturday, August 14, 2010, gave Justin Dawson from Smith's Station quite a struggle.
Wesley Man along with grandson, Brandon Etchinson had a great day, April 15, 2009, with this mess of channel catfish weighing in at 38 pounds.	Michael Campbell and David Clanton of Lanett show off their catch of catfish weighing in at 30 pounds on May 3, 2009. Randy and Cindy Watkins from Smith Station caught this nice string of shellcracker and bluegill on April 25, 2009.
This crew made up of Bobby Beaty and Cordero Houston both of Lee County and Rodney Beaty of Chambers County collectively caught 13 channel catfish weighing in at 86 pounds. The three were fishing by boat with chicken livers.	James Allen caught this 10.2 pound catfish off the pier on Friday, April 3, 2009. James Allen of Lee County and William Wright of Chambers County each caught their limit of bluegill on Friday morning, April 3, 2009.
Preston Lowe appears to be happy about landing this 10 pound catfish on a four pound test line at Chambers County lake on March 30, 2009.	Mike Jones caught his limit of 30 crappie weighing in at 19.6 pounds.
Six year old Taylor Battles landed this 29.5 pound catfish with his new Zebco 33. His assistant, Jean Vashon, did help him bring it in.	Donnie Pope caught this 11 pound largemouth bass using crankbait at the Chambers County Lake on February 28, 2009.
Brandon Etchison proudly shows off his pound and a half shellcracker he caught using a lil' red worm at Chambers County Lake. Dr. Lovell lands a bluegill typical of Chambers County Lake by using a fly rod and popping bug.	Cordero Houston caught these two largemouth bass weighing better than 9 pounds at Chambers County Lake.
