Family Fishing Fun at Lee County Lake

Sport Fish Restoration

The management at Lee County Lake works hard to maintain a family friendly atmosphere. We encourage families, especially families with kids to come enjoy the facility. Kids younger than 12 are not required to have a permit. "These little crumb snatchers may not catch the biggest fish, but the trophy smile is worth it all."

Want to make some memories for a child's lifetime? Take them fishing!

Looks like a good story is coming.

It's not the size of the fish. It's how much fun you can have while trying.

Children can have great successes while fishing.

Give your child something they can be proud of: spend quality time with them.

Some young anglers have natural talent.

You da man!

Bream fishing is a great activity for youngsters.

Want to take them out of the video game world. Put them in the real world fishing. You'll both be happy you did.

Here's a channel catfish anyone can be proud of.

Looks like a great outing and a long term memory.
Let him tell the story often.

Beautiful shirt, beautiful fish, beautiful girl.
What more could you ask for than the pride of her accomplishment.

Alright, a shellcracker.

Two nice bluegill and a /fishing/freshwater/fish/crappie/black/. I wonder what he was using for bait.

This young man holds a real man-sized fish, a hard fighting grass carp.

This family had a great time for a small price at Lee County Lake.
