Arrow Arum Scientific Name: Peltandra virginica
Distinguishing Characteristics:
•Medium-sized, arrowhead-shaped terminal leaf.
•3 primary leaf veins stretching to each lobe; although central vein most prominent; secondary veins are many and very fine.
•Tiny yellow flowers arranged on spike with sheath; this spike is usually below the leaves amongst the leaf stalks.
