The certified redeye bass record for Harris Lake is 2-pounds, 6-ounces. We are still looking to certify lake record largemouth bass (8-pound minimum) and spotted bass (4-pound minimum). We also have an angler recognition program for other sport fish.

Kyle Head hooked this 11-pound, 4-ounce largemouth bass on Harris Lake using a 3/32-ounce shaky head jig with a Lake Fork paddletail worm on six-pound line, April 6, 2013.

Lake Wedowee Bass
This bass was caught by Jacob Duke off Flat Rock Park pier on Harris Reservoir in June of 2010.
