Columbiana Woman Wins Drawing For the Outdoor Alabama Canoe

Registrants at the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources’ booth at the Alabama National Fair vied for the Outdoor Alabama canoe on display in the booth. The contest, sponsored by Outdoor Alabama magazine, offered the canoe package -- canoe, paddles and PFDs -- and secondary prizes of magazine subscriptions.

Winning the canoe came as a big surprise to Colquitt, whose family is as excited about the win as she is.
