Lake Guntersville State Park's lodge reopened in January following more than $25 million in renovations. The lodge features two large ballrooms, six stone fireplaces and the Pine Crest dining room, which seats about 240 people. A kitchen staffed by about 20 people prepares meals before guests' eyes. And, the restaurant's over-the-top Sunday brunch returns.
