5 Rivers, Tensaw Theater

The Tensaw Theater is a 90 seat, wide-screen, high definition projection theater with full surround sound.  The theater features shows highlighting the Delta and Alabama's natural history.

Theater Schedule:

Throughout the week and on weekends we show features that are fun for the whole family. 
On Sundays we often have a Free Sunday Matinee at 2pm-3pm.  There are two ways to find out what's playing in the theater, and what's going on at 5 Rivers: become a fan of our Facebook page, or see our Event's Page.

March 14, 2-3pm,Sunday Matinee - "Life in Cold Blood: Sophisticated Serpents - Snakes"
Followed by "Meet and Greet the Snakes of 5 Rivers'
March 18 (Thurs), 10-11am: StoryTime Theater for pre-k! - "Opossum at Sycamore Lane"
Followed bymeeting the most awesomest opossumest, Loretta!
March 21, 2-3pm, Sunday Matinee  - "Earth Report: State of the Planet 2009"
March 25 (Thurs), 10-11am: StoryTime Theater for pre-k,  - "Box Turtle at at Silverlake Pond"
March 28, 2-3pm, Sunday Matinee - "Ants: Little Creatures Who Run the World"
