Doug Darr, Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division lectures about pond management.

Dr. Saloom's pond is seined to determine the balance of bass to bluegill.

The small fish caught with the seine are assessed for size and species composition.

 
In addition to the fish caught, Doug Darr holds a dragonfly nymph.

 
The Autauga County Natural Resources Council was presented Outstanding County Natural Resources Council Award for second place in Alabama.

 
An excellent lunch was served during the event.
