Jefferson County STAR Program enjoys Hooked on Fishing - Not on Drugs® training at Oak Mountain State Park.
Youth picked up trash, discussed hypothetical situations involving safety and drugs, and fished. STAR will help with youth with disabilities fish later in the week.
