If you caught your first fish, which many did, you may have your scout leader get a "First Fish Patch" also. The Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division has a PDF My First Fish Certificate you may fill out and print yourself.

Fishing Belt Loops and Fishing Sports Pins may also be earned by Cub Scouts.

The bridge was a good place to fish.	Anglers may purchase a lifetime fishing or hunting license at discounted rates, if they buy at age 11 or younger.
Anglers watched their bobber.	Fishing is a great chance to talk with your son.
The catch of a largemouth bass can be exciting.	This bluegill was pretty big.
	Redear sunfish, a.k.a. shellcracker
	A very rare occurance happened Saturday. This Cub Scout caught a sharpfin chubsucker.
