State of Alabama CIAP Plan Amendment for FY 09 & 10 The State of Alabama CIAP Plan Amendment for FY 2009 and FY 2010 was submitted to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management Regulation and Enforcement for review and approval on January 11, 2011. Once the Plan gains federal approval and projects become eligible for the federal grants process, this site will be updated to reflect that change in status.
