Indian Mountain Complex is made up of 2 tracts totaling 594 acres. It is located in Cherokee County and consists of mountainious upland hardwood forest land along a route which will permit the connection of the Pinhoti Trail in the Talledega National Forest of Alabama with the southern Terminus of the Appalachian Trail in Gerorgia.
The management of objective of this complex is to facilitate long-distance hiking and other compatible non-comsumptive land use.
