Acreage:  762 Acres

Weogufka State Forest Addition in Coosa County consists of a 762 acre parcel. The Weogufka State Forest Addition tract is located within the Northern Piedmont Upland district of the Piedmont Upland physiographic section. This section is characterized by elevations ranging from 500 to 600 feet. The Coosa WMA is located 1 mile to the south and the Coosa WMA Forever Wild purchase is located at the southern end of the WMA approximately 6 miles to the south. This tract was purchased with a $500,000 donation of the appraised value.
