Carbon Hill Fish Hatchery, located in Walker County, has 16 ponds that total 17.4 acres. This hatchery produces Marion-strain largemouth bass, bluegill, redear sunfish (shellcracker), hybrid striped bass, smallmouth bass, black crappie, and forage fish.
