Prohibited Animal Possession

Specific regulations are in place for various reasons.  Some regulations are in place to allow better distribution of harvest of fish and wildlife.  Regulations may be developed to keep humans safe.  Some regulations are designed to slow the spread of nuisance species by prohibiting their possession; such as 220-2-.26 and rudd and roach (fish), Other regulations protect rare species, shoal bass, paddlefish (spoonbill), any species of sturgeon (scaley catfish), including animals like bears,
