5 Rivers - Birthday Parties

General Information:

Birthdays for the young or young-at-heart, but also for bridal and baby showers, sweet sixteens, and graduations:

• Capacity:   Up to 25 seated inside. 
• Times:  Any 3-hour block between 10am and 4pm for inside space
• Tables and Chairs: 
  • Seating Tables — 7  5-ft rectangular
  • Chairs — 25 blue contoured plastic resin
  •  Food/Drink Tables — 3  5-ft rectangular

Packages Available:

1.  Picnic Pavilion:  If you’re looking for outside space for 50 or less, you can rent a covered picnic area overlooking Blakeley River for $100 (Saturday/ Sunday) or $75 (Mon-Fri) within 8:30am-4:30pm.  The inside Deluxe and Explorer packages not available for outside.
2. Basic: $250 for up to three hours, 25 people, 5 Rivers Staff Attendant, personalized welcome sign, table/chair setup and cleanup.
3. Deluxe: $375 for up to three hours, 25 people, theme, digital invitation, 5 Rivers Staff Attendant, personalized welcome sign, table/chair setup and cleanup.
4. Explorer:  $450 for up to three hours, 25 people, theme, digital invitation, 5 Rivers Staff Attendant, 5 Rivers t-shirt for birthday boy/girl, 20 min animal encounter (particular animal used will be at discretion of 5 Rivers staff), personalized welcome sign, table/chair setup and cleanup.

“Theme”: Comes with Deluxe and Explorer Packages only.  Includes table cloths, plates, napkins, spoons, cups, three centerpieces for 25, 5 Rivers Staff Attendant, a personalized welcome sign, and a digital invitation for you to send to guests.  We encourage parents to let their children dress up to match the chosen theme.  Types of themes are:

1. Swashbuckler on the Seas
2. Honey Bee, What's the Buzz?!
3. Alligator Chomp
4. Mermaid Enchantment
5. Dino Dig

Extras:  Total # of people includes every child/adult age 2 and up at the party. For parties over 25 people, each extra person is $8.  Inside seating is maxed at 25, but we will add extra chairs in the room.

The Birthday Room:  Party Rules

• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstances.
• No staples, nails, tacks, screws, duct tape, glue, or any other method of fastening that leaves residue or scarring may be used on doors, walls, windows, ceilings, floors.
• Helium balloons are not allowed on 5 Rivers grounds.
• Noxious decoration materials, such as confetti or glitter, is strictly prohibited.
• Any outdoor equipment/bouncy houses that are brought in must be pre-approved by 5 Rivers management staff at least 10 days prior to the event.
• Crawfish and shrimp boils are expressly prohibited.
• Renter may bring their own portable gas grills.  Renter must provide their own fuel for grills. 
• Frying food of any kind must be approved by 5 Rivers management staff.  If oil is used in cooking, it must be taken off-site after the event.  Nothing may be poured out or left on the grounds.
• No open flames, sparklers, fire works or fire hazards of any type are allowed.
• Renter is responsible for securing all waste in the receptacles provided. 
• 5 Rivers will not be responsible for any items or properties belonging to guests that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed while on or around the premises
• Dogs are welcome on the grounds, but must be kept on a leash and outdoor at all times. 
• 5 Rivers is open to the public from 8am—5pm and the public has access to trails, kayak launches, restrooms, and grounds adjacent to the building.
• Renter is responsible for any damages to the facility caused by themselves or their guests.
