The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (ADCNR) has partnered with Tyler Technologies and OneOutdoor to launch a brand-new, modernized licensing and account management platform. All Recreational Licenses Expire Annually on August 31 Annually.

You can walk into any License Agent to purchase your hunting and fishing licenses. You must present your driver's license (if over 16 years of age).  See Residency Information below if you don't have a driver's license or have an AL non-driver's ID card.

You can find your current, valid license and download it as a pdf file.

Make a one-time purchase of hunting and/or fishing license privileges that are valid for the lifetime of the license holder (valid if moves out-of-state). Alabama residents only.

If you are a full-time college student between the ages of 17 – 23 attending a certified higher education institution in Alabama, you can purchase your hunting and/or fishing license at the same cost as an Alabama resident!
