Above is a link to the list of Team Invitations in each Tier. Tier 1 Registration will begin today (March 19) at 1:00 PM. Tier 2 Registration will begin Wednesday March 20th at 7:00 AM and Tier 3 Registrations will begin Thursday March 21 at 7:00 AM.
In the event that the event does not fill up with those three Tiers, open registration for anyone that competed in a regional event will begin Monday March 25 at 7:00 AM.
The second download above are 5 individuals that were in the top 15, but whose team did not earn an invite in Tier 1 or 2. Those individuals are invited to attend and are able to register with the Tier 1 Registrants.
This year's event is April 4-5, 2019 at the Montgomery Multiplex. (Yes, this is a two day event this year!)
The Montgomery Multiplex is located behind Crampton Bowl on Madison Avenue. (220 Hall Street, Montgomery, Al 36104)
From Madison Avenue, you can turn at the Montgomery Farmer's Market and you will see a huge parking lot. Turn there or go to Hall Street (Intersection of Madison and Hall).
Flight Times - If you have students that need to share a bow, they will need to shoot on different flights.

Pre-registration for the Alabama State Event will begin on March 5, 2019 with Registration on March 19, 2019.

*State Invites - schools will be invited to state by the highest scores and Division after all nine regional events are held until the state is full. NASP will send out an email to let everyone know who qualifies and who is on stand by.
The percentage of schools competing in each Division at the nine Regional Tournaments determines the number of schools invited to attend State from each Division. Last year the breakdown was 32% Elementary, 42% Middle School and 26% High School teams. This resulted in invitations to the State Tournament for 16 Elementary Schools, 22 Middle Schools and 14 High Schools. There will also be three stand-by teams named in each Division. All Team scores from the nine Regionals are ranked and invitations extended based on these rankings in each Division.
The top 10 male and female individuals in each division whose team did not receive an invitation will also be invited to register.
The top ten schools in each Division and individuals will be made Tier 1 and allowed to register on day one of registration, which is March 19, 2019 next year. The remaining invited schools will be made Tier 2 and allowed to register beginning the next morning. Stand-by teams will be made Tier 3 and be allowed to register on day three of registration. Additional qualified teams may be invited if space is remaining by day four.
It is important for everyone to be pre-registered prior to the opening of registration so that your Tier may be set. You cannot register until your Tier is set.
