- ="" div="">1.5 lbs. fresh bass
- ="" div="">1/2 cup olive oil
- ="" div="">1/2 cup cider vinegar
- ="" div="">1/2 cup of ice water
- ="" div="">salt & pepper
="" div="">Directions:
- ="" div="">Boil bass in crab boil until flakey.
- ="" div="">Spread half of the onion over the bottom of a large bowl, cover with bass lumps, add the remaining onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- ="" div="">Pour oil, vinegar, and ice water over all.
- ="" div="">Cover and refrigerate for 2-12 hours*.
- ="" div="">Toss lightly before serving.
- ="" div="">Eat with crackers and top with banana pepper, if desired.
