Bay Watch Boat Ramp Reopens May 25

The Alabama Marine Resources Division (MRD) will reopen the Bay Watch Boat Ramp on Saturday, May 25, 2019. The boat ramp is located adjacent to the U.S. Highway 98 bridge at the mouth of the Fish River in Baldwin County, Ala.

The boat ramp was temporarily closed for repairs on May 13. During the closure, the finger pier for the launch ramps was replaced and other minor improvements were made to the facility.

“We appreciate Gillis Construction for completing this project quickly so that the boat ramp could be opened in time for the holiday weekend,” said Scott Bannon, MRD Director.
